Shipping
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship most orders within 24 to 48 hours from the time the order was received. During peak season (August - October) orders may take longer to process - up to one week or more in rare cases. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Delivery times given during checkout are "Time In Transit" only and do not allow for processing of your order. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. If you need your order to meet a deadline then please call us and inform us of your requests - we cannot guarantee delivery times so please order well in advance to insure your product arrival.
NOTICE: Choosing ground delivery may show "1-day delivery" to your location - be aware that this is "Time In Transit" only from the time the order is shipped and does not include processing time. Orders may take up to one week or more to process. You must allow processing time in addition to the time in transit.

Canceled Orders
If an order is canceled prior to the order being filled and boxed then there is no cancellation fee. If and order is canceled after the order has been filled and boxed then there will be a 10% re-stocking fee. Orders may not be canceled once the order has shipped. There are no returns once the product has been shipped.
